Forest Hills Playground

Forest Hills Playground is located on Chesapeake Street, NW between Connecticut Avenue and 32nd Street and a great resource for our entire community.

Forest Hills Playground’s annual spring cleanup will be held on Saturday, April 21 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. (Rain date: the ACTUAL Earth Day, April 22, at the same time)

Bring rakes, brooms (kid-sized too!), gloves and any other helpful cleaning tools if you’ve got ’em.

• Friends of Forest Hills Playground is also ordering a Helping Hands toolkit from DC DPW, so apartment/condo dwellers will have something to put in their own helping hands.
• We’ll have coffee, water and snacks for the big and little helpers, too.
